David Adjaye’s first exhibition in Japan

David Adjaye’s first exhibition in Japan “OUTPUT” just started on July 8th (until September 18th) at Gallery MA in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. The theme is “Light and the City,” and this exhibition shows how lights play important roles in Adjaye’s architecture.
You can see the models and photos including his latest big project “Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.” Also in our AXIS vol. 147 to be published on September 1st, we feature Adjaye on the cover. The below is a scene from our photo shooting. For the photographer’s order to assume some poses, he is smiling to hide his embarrassment. Nice guy!
